Unable to use

Requires an account but crashes when I enter my details. Disappointing.

Won't let me register

Won't let me complete registration or use the app until I confirm my email. However app doesn't send me the confirmation email at all. I even kept checking my email's spam/junk folder to be sure, but still nothing.

Not working?

I can't seem to add horses.

Great idea BUT

It will not let me choose a country or state which is needed to create an account...

Countries won't come up when registering

Please fix soon!

Can't register

The app won't work without registering and the options for country won't appear. Disappointing.

Can't register

Both the country and the state option under registration are blank - the options don't appear and you can't register without filling it in.

Can't add any horses.

So I just got the app and I can't put my horses on it... 😰

Great app for equine fitness, could use some more features to improve functionality.

I'm really liking this app. It's very helpful for breaking up your training sessions and viewing heart rates based on speed, gait, etc. It is truly the first app of its kind and really helpful for anyone using a heart rate device to help with their training.

The app itself, however, is very limited in what you can view in terms of analysis of your ride. To get a really detailed analysis you need to log into your KER account using Safari or some other browser. It would be really nice to skip this step and be able to view all the detailed data directly in the app.

Besides that, the biggest drawback I've noticed in this app is not necessarily the fault of the app, but in the heart rate sensor I use. I use a Polar H7 heart rate sensor, which can only connect to one device at a time via Bluetooth. Consequently, I need to choose between connecting it to my phone/KER and getting a detailed after ride analysis specific to equine use, or connecting the H7 sensor to my Polar M400 watch and being able to see my horses heart rate and speed in real time on my wrist, but having a much less applicable after ride analysis. A solution to this problem would be if the app had a feature that allowed the data recorded by my M400 and uploaded to my Polar account to be imported to my KER account for analysis. Another eventing app called Coursewalk allows riders to import data recorded by something like my M400 for ride analysis, so I'm assuming it would be very possibly to add the same type of feature to KER ClockIt Sport. That would be really helpful, as it would allow me to see my horses heart rate with my M400 during my ride, and aim for specific workout targets better, while still being able to use all the great equine specific features offered by KER ClockIt Sport. It's something that I think would be very beneficial and I hope to see become available in future updates.

Super useful!

This app makes it so easy to see how hard my horses are working during different types of rides. Hooking up an HR monitor is quick, and the colored graphs make it simple to understand what the numbers mean. A must-have for all riders!
