New version is useless

It’s hard to imagine making a ‘new’ version of this app by stripping out everything that was useful abut the old one. DMS the service is great. This app not so much :(

Not there anymore. Also the other features are gone too. They were very useful! I guess now I need to use the laptop version for all those features...fun. Should've never updated the app! I like the new look/update for the newer phones but please bring back the old interface/features so I don't need to use my laptop.

How the Mighty Have Fallen…

When this came out in 2017, it was by far the best and most revolutionary mobile app for a MP3 pool that I ever came across. Fast forward almost 6 years later, and it has yet to be updated. It is now plagued with bugs and issues that make it pretty much unusable. Kinda sad.

Wishlists not transferring

Paying for a service that keeps giving an error message when sending the files to Dropbox, is not the best practice to retain customers.

App Not working with Dropbox

I’ve reached out to customer service with no response about the app just crashing every time I try to transfer music from wishlist to Dropbox crashes every time I guess there just not gonna fix this

Unfair business practices

After you sign up they immediately bill your credit card before you are even able to access their service. The date for renewal is based off of the day you sign up, therefore you end up paying for days that you don’t even have access to their service. Howis that fair DMS?

Somehing wrong?

Keeps giving me an Error. What happened?

Update after customer service response.
I did try delete and reinstall but nothing changed. I'm paying monthly service so I'd rather use the website.

WiFi caution

Reached out about the app crashing on song play. Issue still happening and still no fix. Been about a month and a half, can’t listen to songs within app till it is fixed.

Issue fixed, network I was on had some traffic blocked which caused it to crash.

Error request failed forbidden error 403

Keep getting an error message 403
