Deleted it

I have been diving since 1998 and wanted to convert my paper log to digital.

Not being able to type in numbers is a deal breaker. I deleted the app 5 minutes after installing.

I wanted a quick and easy to use app to keep track of my dives. Right, who doesn’t? I tried a few and liked the interface with this Dive Number app.

A few little downsides like tank sizes all in Liters with no inches conversion for us backwards Americans, but no big deal and easy.

But, in my latest dive it suddenly wouldn’t let my select a location not already in the Database. Now I know I’ve logged dives at this same spot before, as well as logged dives at other non-traditional spots so this was new.

I also didn’t want to have to re-enter all my data into a new app- so I reached out to customer support.

WINNER!!! I sent a message via WhatsApp and didn’t expect much. I was pleasantly surprised that the developer contacted me quickly, asked about the issue, asked me to try a few quick fixes, then rapidly found an issue. They fixed the bug and at the next update the app worked better than ever. For that alone I recommend this app. The Developers listen and fixed the issue quickly improving the app so it just works when you want it to.

My Favorite Dive Log App

I really love using this app! It’s visually appealing and really easy to use. Also adding dive sites is a breeze.

Some little things that would make it better for recording dives is if the clock could be put into 24:00 and if it is possible to add thickness of wetsuit and what BCD/backplate you are using.

Besides that over all really great app! I’ll be recommending it to friends!

Cool App - cant change numbers

I like this app it looks cool and its pretty easy to use BUT you cant change all the numbers, for example weights i can only go from 8.8lb to 11lbs and i use 10lbs so its kind of annoying also the max visibility is 82ft and finally the starting PSI is weird numbers i wish i could just type the number in. I would like if they fix this and then it would be perfect.

Pain in butt

The app is NOT at all intuitive. After five dive entries, it keep giving a communications error message. Waste of time!!!!!

Awful app

Thanks he app is awful. Initially logged in and tried to log a dive. There was no button on IOS version to go past the date and time. Not worth the download time.

Deleted info

I’m now going back to an old fashioned logbook because the app lost my data in the upgrade. I used to enjoy this app but no thanks if it’s going to keep losing info

It is very bad that this happened and we are sorry. Write your registration information to support and we will restore your records. If we know your mission, it will take a few minutes.

Easy interface but metrics need individualising for sections.

Amazing interface which makes putting in dives fun, however, metric and imperial don’t really cover the need. For example the cylinder pressure is always in psi and there is no option for bar. Also to be able to choose meters or feet separate to the metric system you are using would be great.

Hi Martha. Thank you for rating. We work for your feedback. If you use the metric system, the pressure in the cylinders will be in bars. We will try to separate these parameters.

Nice app

Very simple and straight forward app just for normal entry’s for you log book. I personally like how it adds up your hours of diving I did use another log book app but will be using this from now on 👍
