Je n’arrive pas à voir la caméra et le technicien n’arrive pas à m’aider j’habite à Montréal les caméras sont très importantes pour moi je peut Visionner ma sœur en Israël et je ne vois absolument rien .. cela fait moi s de quatre mois et ça ne fonctionne pas si vous pouvez m’aider à les faire fonctionner je serais très contente merci Éliane

For the last couple of days we have major problems reviewing provision PnV2 cameras recording in my dad’s house in Israel. Since a couple of days ago, probably after your latest update, we hear constant static noise instead of normal voices. Please address this issue
Review of router ‘vision’
It has been great! Reliable. Subtle. The only issue I have with this one is there is an audible click when it switched to night vision. Not conducive to quiet surveilling

Picture and video
I would take pictures and videos and saved before, but, after update I couldn’t take the picture or video . It push me to paid for cloud storage. There is not option to use my phone 256 Gb storage.

I’ve had this app for a number of years - and I completely understand the shortcomings of the Chinese cameras and apps - and for years the app was difficult to use, very slow to respond, the motion capture records the movement of a single blade of grass, etc... but I digress... the developers put out an update recently that was huuuge. A massive improvement! I thought I wrote a review before, but turns out I hadn’t. I would have given it one star - but options were limited, this is the camera I have, this is the app I use. I give 4 stars now. Major improvement to the design, the operation. the PTZ operation of the camera in high quality was just not an option previously, had to change quality to smooth to move the camera. now it operates in high just fine. It still captures a single blade of grass moving, but that’s fine. It would be nice if the motion sensitivity actually worked, but it’s not a deal breaker. Developers: thank you for finally making the app work!

This App have a opción to contact customer service. They never respond, I have a lot of issues. I don’t recommend this app.
