... I spent hours trying to sync a (mp4) video from iTunes on my laptop, to my sons 4S (ios7.1).
iTunes appeared to sync properly, and the 400mb deduction from the available space on the 4s. However, no video was in the camera roll, nor in the folder I created. Using ifile, I was unable to locate the video, even in the correct path.
The instructions are loose, but follow them and it will work.
Plug the phone into the computer, iTunes pops up, click on Apps, scroll the page down and under File Sharing click the VtCR app, now click Add File, select the file you want... Give it a minute to load it.
Without closing anything, open the app on your phone. Tap on the blue "copy to camera roll" on the bottom of the screen. Nothing visible really happens... Give it a minute. Hit the home button and go into the camera roll. The file should be in there now!
Close everything out and you should be gtg!
