  • Can’t get pass log in

App keep crashing every time I try logging in as soon as the face recognition scans the app crash
  • App is useless

Cannot get past the sign in screen but can sign in just fine on the website. “Connectivity Issue. Unfortunately there seems to be an issue contacting our servers. Please try again in a bit.”

My husband and I have been trying to log in to the app for several days now. Please fix this issue!!
  • Doesn’t even work

Says “connectivity issues” whenever I try to login.
  • Indolence Defines This Organization And App

As a college educated disabled veteran, the VA recommended this app in my NC job-search.

The app: The ‘job matches’ to your background and skills…don’t really match. The filter-settings don’t “save”, automatically reverting to the factory-settings upon every new search (all Service-industry, apparently).

NC Works: The app automatically connects me with the local veterans job-representative; which is promising, until you realize it’s just a Diversity-hire with no military experience, and is there just to collect a paycheck, rather than actually doing her job (finding work for unemployed veterans). I had a meeting set-up with her, and she calls me just before I’m to leave for it, and she tells me “her car broke-down, and she can’t make the meeting.” In the background, I hear someone with her, giggling “You’re really telling him that?!” Never heard from the representative, again; I was ‘ghosted’. Is this what, and how NC really thinks of, and treats it’s veterans, who are looking for work? No links on the app/website to complain. Went to the job-center in Burlington, and they told me to talk to my designated NCWorks representative—the same useless woman.

  • App crash

I am having the exact same problem as the others. Is the developer just going to ignore the problem? This is a government funded organization. Our tax money pays for this app.
  • Constantly Crashing

was building my resume after filling my entire work history out app crashes and deletes all progress an hour of time gone. garbage app.
  • App crashes

I can’t even get passed logging in, it will still be loading my FACE I.D and then crash and completely close. It’s annoying. It worked the first day I downloaded it but now I cannot get into the app without it crashing and closing instantly
  • Practically Useless

After downloading the app, I attempted a search. Before getting any search results, the app crashed and closed. I retried multiple times with the same results. I then deleted the app and tried again. I was excited to see results after searching, but whenever I selected a found job, the app crashed and closed. I suppose I could delete the app, reinstall and try again. Maybe I’d get to see the job information before the app crashes and then simply reopen it and repeat the search.

  • App issue

I’m trying to login to my account so I can apply for jobs and it’s saying there is a connectivity issue and it says error retry it’s been like this a few weeks and the problem isn’t fixed

  • Didn’t get past registration

It’s ridiculous to put your social security number on an employment app. If an employer needs that info it should be on a need to know basis, per employer.
I deleted this app because you can’t bypass that feature.
