  • App needs fixing

    Just downloaded this app today and can’t log in. The app won’t do anything. Even after deleting and reinstalling, it keeps saying technical issues.

    Can you describe in more detail as to what is occurring within the app? Are you having trouble entering your credentials? Can you select the Skip Login button?   • Garbage App

    Can't even upload Word document files as resume, THE MOST COMMON DOCUMENT TYPE ON EARTH AFTER PLAIN TEXT FILES.

    Unfortunately you're going to have to use a desktop or laptop if you want to use the service. This app is a waste of bytes.

  • Seriously can’t use it

    I’m trying to make sure I can keep my benefits till I get a good job and have to now submit three applications a week and it’s stressful enough but, like seriously I can’t even enter the city or zip code without it deleting everything and that stresses me.

  • Login Error

    I know my password it is correct. When logging in on website it’s goes through. When trying to logging on app it keeps saying that my logging info is incorrect. Please fix “Thank You”.

  • UPDATE THE WEBSITE >>AND THE APP<<<

    12/13/20 - My biggest complaint? I do not receive ANY email notifications when a new message is received on NCWORKS.GOV . Also if you updated the website, why not update and overall the app as well? You do realize some people do not have access to a tablet, desktop, laptop, etc. and rely on their cellphones for almost everything?

    You are better off just using the NCWORKS.GOV website. You get better functionality with job searches and the resume builder.

    We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. The job search and resume builder within the NCWorks mobile app were designed to be mobile versions of the website functionality. Are there any areas in particular where you are having issues? For job search, if you are not receiving results, try broadening your search filters. For resumes, is there a particular area that you are having issues with? If these issues persist, please contact our developers through the feedback option in the slide menu of the mobile app so that we may better assist you. Thank you.
  • Unusable

    No results for job search with the same criteria used on the regular website. Kept changing my location to an entirely different state despite location services being on AND manually setting location in the search.
  • Technical Issues

    Please fix the search feature to save your city instead of defaulting to Raleigh every time you open app. Otherwise liking the app. Thanks

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Have you given the app permissions to use your device’s location? The city that is being saved should be your current device’s location. If not, then that usually means that the app does not have permission and will default to a central (or capital) city within your state. If you have not done so, can you please send us a detailed mobile feedback via the app by selecting the Feedback selection in the slide menu. We can then have our developer team review your issue.
  • Garbage

    Completely worthless. I made two accounts because after I made the first one it said it couldn't be found. The second one I did on the computer and the app says the same thing "no account with that name" UNINSTALLED AND USING INDEED !
