3 major flaws
1. Positive Energy: There is absolutely zero incentive to use up positive energy on patients to be sent to the scanning/testing stations. Positive energy takes too long to harvest, and it is also needed to upgrade the vitamin maker. We’re talking about thousands of units required to upgrade each vitamin. Those patients that require positive energy should give some back in return. Otherwise, it’s wasted on them. Very counterproductive. 2. Jellies take too long to make: When the anti-pandemic center requests 8 jellies, and it takes 6+ hours for each jelly to make, the deadline cannot be met. Overall, there’s no reason for something to take this long to make for a single unit. Just terrible. 3. There’s hardly anything available for purchase at the pharmacy. Ever. Seems the pharmacy is stocked by real players only which makes it extra challenging to obtain anything. Seems like another money grab attempt by limiting what’s available. This could be a fun game, but unfortunately, it makes it very difficult to enjoy it when devs refuse to fix these major issues.Show lessRealist2015

After playing this game for more than 2 years I put up with going through 15 ads twice a day. Fine, because I could play them back to back until I was done with them. So waste about 10 minutes getting rid of them and get back to playing the game. But wait! I guess they want to make the game even worse by not allowing you to get rid of the ads. They now delay them so you can’t just binge them out. Frustrating beyond belief. If I didn’t have so much time invested playing this game, I would definitely not play it at all. Move on to something more rewarding. I may quit anyway. I hate Ads! I hate Ads!
Update: Developer responded! Everything is back to normal. Yes, still have the Ads, but at least they are working as before. Did I mention I hate Ads? But I guess they are a necessary evil! Or maybe we can get a one-time fee to eliminate them forever??? THAT WOULD BE REALLY NICE !Show lessTony Tucker

I’ve been playing this game for years and I loved it. Recently I’ve been having issues with the game and it is now becoming boring. Perhaps adding new stations, doctors or cure machines could help. The game constantly force closes and there are times I am unable to get into the maternity center unless I go in as soon as I open the app. I also in my opinion, the jellies maker takes entirely too long to produce, decreasing the time on this could help many players. Lastly finding the tools needed to upgrade your storage space can be hard to find, many times I find myself out of storage and unable to find the tools needed.Show lessTae'Asia
Where did the store go?
I used to play this game a while ago. And you used to be able to go into the store and see random players of varying levels who were selling things. It was a great way to find good players to add to you friends list. Now I go in and half the time I don’t get anyone at all (or one MAYBE two people). It’s rare I get a full slate of people selling random things. I mean extremely rare. This makes the whole idea of being able to get help or buy things impossible because nobody can find your hospital.
It’s a decent game overall. But the cures start to stack where you need cures to build cures so you can’t use cures because you need them for bigger cures. If that sounds convoluted, it’s because it is. It’s actually why I quit playing the game for the longest time.
Also, get rid of the stupid Facebook car. I’m tired of it honking at me and driving by the hospital. I don’t care about the 5 gems. I don’t want to link Facebook. And I shouldn’t have to listen to that stupid car every time I play.Show lessIrritable.
Addictive but…
I’ve been playing for a while and was so addicted!!! I used to play everyday but found myself playing less and less because there isn’t enough to do after you’ve built all you can, purchased all the equipment and just have a bunch of coins you can’t spend. Why can’t you buy shovels with your coins??? It’s so hard to find a shovel to grow more things and I’ve got all this money I can’t spend!!! You should also be able to see what other hospitals are selling in one place instead of having to jump from place to place just to see what they have. Very addictive game!!!
Good game and very addictive…. Graphs are really cute!!! It does worth a try, however there are some bugs entailing the game reload for returning to the previous normal. For example, a patient has been waiting for a doctor that I didn’t have at that moment in my hospital. When I reloaded the game, that patient was located inside a doctor room and that room got stuck, not allowing me to deliver elixir at that room (it was automatically fixed when I reloaded the game). Another example: Inside lab, I was not able to reallocate shelves for a moment, then I was able to do it when I reloaded the game… In other words, it’s an excellent game but small bugs should be fixed by its developers… I played Theme Hospital for a long time on PC and I believe that new features in the old game could be implemented to improve this game: for example, you should hire nurses and physicians to visit patient’s room. As well you were supposed to hire housekeepers to clean the hospital floor and rooms… I believe that developers should also work on new lab machines, diseases and medications. Why not have a surgery room in the hospital? It was supposed to have surgeries going on…
Some medical procedures (like delivering in maternity) take a long time (3 hours) and the same occurs for equipments (around 2 days). Three hours for giving birth is far away from reality… Overall is a very good game. Graphics are great and I do recommend!Show lessvbrasil

This game is boring. It is not fun at all, it needs a little more detail! Like seriously... WORST GAME EVER, and do you know why? It’s the worst game ever because it glitches, it glitches, and it glitches! It glitches like...ALOT! And don’t forget to add a little DETAIL, PLEASE!!! If you don’t, I’ll come to your house and hurt you, like so bad! So Please REMAKE! And test the game to see if there’s any glitches! So thats why it’s the worst game ever!!! I hate it, sooo much! Like soo much! So fix it right know! If you don’t, you know what’s going to happen! Oh, and one more thing...other people might like it because there baby’s! They think this game is so fun, but to me... it’s lame! You are so bad at making games, like seriously, LAME!!! If I were you I’d make a better game! So, once again...LAME!!! I like the game but I have a few a adjustments. For the maternity center the mothers should come in a wheel chair with a doctor, and same when they are going into labor. The blood test should be automatically free after 1 hour. There also needs to be more things. Like there could be a surgery room that gets covered up just like the maternity center labor section. Or it could just be a room with a bed and the person is laying on the bed and the doctor is sitting in a chair. There can be a cancer station. You should make it to where the people come off the ambulance in normal clothes walk past the first room and have there grown on. The vips should stay longer. You should be able to look through like a whole newspaper for what hospitals are selling. Every er patient should have to go through the mri scanner and the cat scan before being diagnosed with all there problems and things that they need treated. Pregnant moms should be in the er too. Same with the kids they need to all be patients in the er. You need to come up with more things outside of the hospital like how the maternity center is. Fun and addictive, but needs more gems
This game is SUPER FUN!!!! I am addicted to it. It a lot like FarmVille except it’s a hospital setting. I like that you can help other, they can help you, dr. Wise can give you things. And lots of other stuff like grow a garden. I am constantly running out of gems and I wish you could receive more gems and alit more frequently that way nobody runs out of gems ever. And I also wish it didn’t take so long long to make stuff....like the jellies for example! Nothing needs to take a long time to make. And I wish there was more space in the game to move the screen around. I feel like it’s cramped on my screen.Show lessWild_Child_1226
Good balance of rewards & iap
I really enjoy this game, it's well thought out and the graphics are great. You have the option to speed things up by purchasing gems, but it’s completely doable without purchase if you are patient. THERE IS ONE LITTLE THING that I don’t get... I have gotten far enough to open the maternity wing and I have three “maternity” suites, and I noticed that the costs there are higher than the rewards (e.g., I pay 450 coins to get a blood test, provide 25+ vitamins, and put in ten hours and all I get in return is 80 coins and 6 bonus items (like shovels, hammers, wrenches, etc). I’m not sure why I would want to do that... plus its a little depressing watching the mothers do everything themselves, where the staff never come out of the breakroom and the fathers don’t even show up! I guess if it’s a DIY maternity hospital that explains why they don’t pay very much.Show lessblumenkaft
