Amazing game but just one issue
So, this game is INCREDIBLE. All of the different doctors and patients, medicines, and the problem that they solve are pretty creative. BUUUUUUT there’s just one problem, you can only have one of each medicine maker thing. I don’t know if this is part of the fun or if this changes in the higher levels since I’m only on like level six. It’s very stressful when your waiting for a pill (or something like that) that takes 23 minutes to make, and your VIP leaves in 23 and like 30 seconds. I just think that more than one machine will make it less stressful. Also, what’s up with the price increase in each buy you make of one certain item like a bush? And one last thing, I think getting tools and other materials needed for upgrading tanks and storage should be A LOT easier to get than just hoping that clicking on a patients will get you some. (It’s worked for me, but it’s very rare) Also, I think that the “gift” that VIP’s give you, should be more rewarding since I always stress out over the VIP’s.Show lessThe mealmaker

I’ve been playing this game for for THREE years. I got all the way to level 55 and my hospital got deleted (their fault). The game was fun so I bit the bullet and started over. After starting over and rebuilding my hospital back up to level 67, the game malfunctioned and I was no longer able to play. I reached out to their “customer service” multiple times and they were no help. They repeatedly kept asking me what was wrong after I explained very thoroughly the issue. They kept asking for a screen shot. I sent one and then they sent the same message asking me what was wrong. If you enjoy building something for years just to get it taken away, then download. If not, don’t waste your time and find another game. I would not recommend. Too many bugs and malfunctioning problems with a helpless customer service staff.Show lessCourtneyLaFlare
Love This Game!
This game is really addicting. It’s not too difficult or too stressful. It’s easy to play, easy to achieve things - with some light-work on the player’s part - and quite customizable. All the unique medicine and ailments to cure are interesting to say the least. The art style and coloring makes it clear to see and so much to do and unlock!
Only suggestion I have is maybe making it possible for players to either sell, trade or exchange decorations? Some decorations I get from special boxes or something and don’t really want, like or desire the item I get and would wish to exchange or sell to buy different decor. maybe the camping tent could come in handy to make it that a NPC (Non Player character) would sometimes make an offer to buy or trade a decoration item? That would be interesting! This is just a small complaint/comment compared to the overall awesomeness to the game. Highly recommend it to new players. :)Show lessSugarRoseDoll

I downloaded this game well over a month ago, which isn’t that long but for a game..that’s a while for me bc I usually get bored and delete them rather quickly. This game is fun and rather addicting; I like making the cures and everything for the patients. Like with everything, there is a couple things that are annoying. Some of the cures take to long to make and it’s just ridiculous. You’ll be backed up waiting on a few of the same item bc it takes 8 hours just for one to finish! If you don’t already have them in storage and a VIP comes, you won’t even have a chance to cure the VIP. Other than that, I think it’s overall a great game! (This is the second review I’m writing bc the first one, some of the issues I was facing are actually cleared up at this point).
Edit: my first review I was saying that I could never play the bubble boy game or watch videos at the “cinema” (haha) for some reason..it just would not let me; anyway, I got a new phone, redownloaded the game and it fixed.Show lessScarletepilogue

Recent Changes and Suggestions
I love this game. This is the longest I’ve consistently played an app game and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
However, I noticed with the recent update (I think it was updated today, actually), watching ads in exchange for coins used to give 400 coins; now it only gives 150 coins. With how expensive it is to upgrade the hospital’s size, buy plants for the natural cures, expand the laboratory, etc. 150 coins hardly seems worth watching an ad.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that when it comes to upgrading storage for the cures in the lab, I have an abundance of most of the tools needed, except for two components: the blue screwdriver and the green circular washer.
It’s frustrating because, due to the lack of these two components, I cannot upgrade my two storages so I have to consider selling my other components simply so that I have enough room for the cures to run my hospital. Lately, it seems like my gameplay consists more of trying to sell medicine or free up space in the storage for new cures compared to actually playing the game.
If these issues could be addressed, this game would be amazing. It’s already an awesome app and I do enjoy playing it still, but these two factors make the experience frustrating. Thanks for reading!Show lessWrite4u2mydear

I’ve been addicted to this game for about a month now. Playing it literally every minute I’m awake. Everything was perfect until the last update. With the last update, the video that gives 20% off the waiting time of the medicine preparation disappeared! Now I literally have to wait 7 and 8 hours to have one jar of medicine prepared! Also for some reason the xp and coins for treatments are 90% of the time very low. The cinema for the diamonds disappear after a few diamonds. Unlike before when it used to reach 30 in a raw. However, the main issue I’m facing here is the medicines video. I tried contacting the support, but still no response. Just a couple of days ago I was wondering why this game isn’t getting 5 stars rating. It really does deserve it. But after the update, I’m not even sure I’ll keep playing it. I’ll just wait for another day or two and if the problem isn’t fixed. I’m out. Coz no way I can wait days for a medicine to be ready to cure just one patient!!Show less༑ λהσה༑ற౧౪ś ༑
It’s a good game,but some things are not
This game overall is a good game I like to play it on my free time,but I have had to delete sometimes cause it makes me start all over when I am like at level 23 I have to start firm the beginning sometimes it freezes and it’s says error and it makes you start over I don’t know how many people this has happened to but it has happened to me,also you waste your gems really fast you mostly need the gems for everything I prefer it to be money instead of gems but it’s okay that’s all that has happened to me but I really wish those things could change cause this is a good game but those things make it a little bad I hope they can change at least the technical difficulties.Show lessLoren🎀
A fun, rewarding game
I’ve been playing this for about 2 months and surprisingly I have not gotten bored of it, I suggest everyone try it! Technically, everything runs great and I never have any glitches or bugs. There’s just a couple of added features that I hope are added at some point. I hope to be able to sell decoration items that I’ve bought and no longer wish to keep hoarded in my storage. I purchased nearly 50 of the stoned pavements for my courtyard and later wanted to change to a different pavement. But I had to choose not to because I already spent so much money on all of them. Even if it was just a small amount we got back for an item it would really add up. I also wish that we are able to demolish certain expansions of the hospital we have purchased. As I get further into the game and keep expanding I find that there’s some parts of my hospital that I wish I never expanded (for certain effects in the architecture etc) It would also be nice to be able to briefly put my treatment & doctor rooms in storage as it would make remodeling way easier instead of struggling to find an empty space to move rooms to while I’m rearranging. One more thing, I wish we could change the paint in the hospital! I have tried nearly all the flooring colors and no matter how much money I put into decor I feel like it never looks as upscale as it could. It’s just an outdated paint color. P.S. I really wish there was a Christmas tree to put in my hospital!!Show lessArb1569
Maternity Ward Vitamins
I’ve been playing this game for months and I absolutely love it. I am however having trouble with obtaining enough vitamins to adequately treat patients both in my hospital & maternity ward. I feel the maternity ward should have its own vitamin maker which we would have to pay for and it could even produce less at a time than the regular hospital one. I just continue needing to discharge patients in my hospital because I cannot facilitate to care for them and my maternity patients. It’s actually just making me want to ignore my maternity ward and continue treating my normal hospital patients. It would be awesome if this could be put into action. Plus, maybe even some cooler things to do in the maternity ward. I was so excited for it to open and I even used hearts to open it early. It was kinda a let down ultimately. I still plan to play the game & I all around love it, just some minor changes would be great. Thank you so much!!Show lessLindsaypwiejlak
