Great new feature adding critical alerts and all the Bluetooth upgrades.
Terrible!
The app makes a constant beeping sound when open in the background. When a call comes in it automatically disconnects Bluetooth devices and you have to jump through hoops to connect again. When we first started using this app it was great and worked fine. Now I’m not sure of the developers don’t care about the issues or the fact that the user interface could use an update. Will be looking into other dispatching apps.

Massive battery drain
Anytime that this application is open in the background, your battery will drain at an excessive rate. This needs to be fixed!
Does the trick.
Have a issue with it beeping!! When it’s in the background it beeps continuously. Other then that, it does what it supposed to do. Just remember to not have it running in the back ground or your battery will drain and have to listen to the beeps.
Fix the beep !!
No Updates in 4 months while the competition is updating monthly. Audio quality on the page is getting worse and the beep continues.
Still buggy
Finding a few interface bugs and it absolutely destroys battery life. Would like to see some improvements that make power usage more efficient.

Since all the updates, the app has been trash. My phone is always connected to Bluetooth, and when it goes off now, it disconnects and only plays through the phone. Also, when it goes off, it sits there and beeps, and I have to force close it in order for it to play music or anything else through speakers, headphones, etc. it’s all trash.

Great so far
I will like to say that my experience at least was fine with the app,but I will like to see future improvements like, a history with how many calls I had in the last 12 months and how I’ve answered to all of them,stuff like that that makes us aware of our attendance.
