Fix Shifting of days on the schedule days. Fix that the app quits when a Journal Note is being added. Thanks for reporting these issues.

- Fixed score issue on the Progression tab - Removed the malfunctioning Forum function, the replacement is already under development, will be released in a future update - The app have been actualized after a long period and the code had to be altered on thousands of lines. My intention was to keep all functionality and tasted thoroughly to make sure everything work fine. If you find any glitch please contact me through the support link.

New robust and easy method for saving your data. -> save in iCloud or send backup file via e-mail and restore through iTunes Please back up all your data after updating, as old backups will not be usable anymore. Fix bug that caused displaying achievements on the Progression tab.

Convict Conditiong 2 Strength Exercises as new extra content - Grip Exercises - Handstand Pushups - Clutch Flags - Press Flags - Neck Training - Calf Training Your workout screen will only show the workouts that are scheduled for today, and not done yet. Options added to contribute to development. Bug Fixes. Known issue: The journal logs are sometimes (based on your timezone) off by a day. This is a display issue, and it will be fixed in the next release. Please ignore the incorrect dates until then.
