Tram times are inaccurate
This app claimed that there was a tram from Elmers End at 09:04 on both the 27th and 28th Dec 2019. On the 27th, I arrived at 09:01, just in time to see a tram leave. On the 28th, I arrived at 08:57, just in time to see a tram leave. In both cases, the board at the stop showed a 16 min wait for the next tram. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise not using this for tram journeys unless you build in a lot of contingency time.Show lessMaibeth
Old maps
The maps used on the app for the West End are woefully out of date - they show shops which disappeared years ago and stops which were added months ago don’t feature at all. If this app is to be as useful to bus users as it purports, these issues need to be corrected speedily.Pisces2802
Easy London
This app has been great. I’ve travelled by train, underground, overground and bus to different parts of the city and suburbs. Always straight forward. Also having the cost is useful. London is amazing.Full Brain

Has worked everywhere in the world for me. USA/UK/Sweden/Thailand. Now just need to see if it works back home in Australia. I’m sure it will. Don’t be misled by the name. This one has been a lifesaver this trip.grungmeister
Best app for Greater London
I live in Greater London so it was difficult to find an app that covered rail stations outside of Central London. I had been using Tube Tamer until the developers left it and it started to crash but this app is as good as Tube Tamer, if not better. I have already used it to go to London a few days ago and it’s gonna be the app I shall be using from now on for my little spontaneous escapades during summer. It’s easy to navigate the app, the instructions are clear, you get train times, you can see the details of the route, it gives you the estimated time of arrival and it’s free.
