I love this station! I’ve watched it steadily since 1983 when I moved to Scottsdale. I live up by Sedona now but still stream it on my fire stick ! Love Mom Squad ! Even thought I’m a grandma now! Wish my daughter could see it down in the Valley but it changes to Good morning America down there on Cable. Sometimes I’ve recorded their helpful info for her with my phone😊❤️

Commercials too loud
The app is fine and streams the 12news content. The problem is everytime a commercial comes on, the volume increases significantly. I end up playing a game of turning the volume way down for commercials and way up when the news comes back on. This would be an easy fix since most other channels stopped doing that years ago.

Mostly great
The updated Apple TV app is much more streamlined and very easy to use. I love being able to watch live news from Arizona while away from home. The only big downside is that the commercial situation is beyond obnoxious. They're way louder than the actual news broadcast, and they are incredibly repetitive ads for the most generic programming imaginable. I wish they would just show the normal local commercials. I'm sure the bulk of people are downloading this to stay connected with the Arizona community, not to watch store-brand true crime shows.

Frustrated
This app no longer refreshes upon opening. In order to get the app to refresh, I have to restart my phone. I have double checked my settings multiple times. Background app refresh is turned an and enabled for this app. It’s very frustrating to have to restart my phone to get current news articles.

Iam a 12 news fan for both television & the app. I feel that I get the most accurate information & am happy that they do the Verify so if I have a question I know I’m getting the truth.

Stop sending notifications in Spanish.
We cater too much to them. Do you send notifications in Japanese, Chinese, Italian, German, etc…no, you cater to south of the border. Stop it! Geez!!!

Channel 12 review
I lived in Parker AZ for almost 50 years and I always trusted the reporting received from channel 12. The news people were always very honest and reported information with a very direct info. They never included there opinions with that news. So that is why even though I now live in Jacksonville Florida I still listen to there news reporting. Thank you and God's Blessings and Love to all always 👵🏻🙏🏻🦋
