Hi Onomatopoetical, sorry to hear you had trouble using our App. You can try our App FREE FOR 7 DAYS, but you have to select the STANDARD FREE TRIAL option through the Store Splash Page before you can use our App, or select to subscribe to one of the PRO VERSIONS. The “Restore In-App Purchases”, button will restore any valid subscription you made of our app, associated to your Apple ID. Also, there could have been an internet connection failure when you initially opened the App. Otherwise, this type of issue was not reported to us before. Sorry again for the bad experience you had with our App.
