Reviews of Joy Health Tracker

  • EXCELLENT FOOD & WORKOUT TRACKER!

I’m new to JOY but not new to food logging. I’ve been a long time My Fitness Pal user and I recently started using JOY. I love that EVERYTHING is right here in one spot!

I can log my daily food, workouts and track progress with great detail. I’m a Nutrition Coach and I am starting to switch my clients over from MFP to JOY because it’s more on point re food calorie/content. I noticed when I started logging my food on JOY a significant difference compared to MFP. JOY uses USDA info for their database so it’s way more accurate. JOY also has the option to not only log workouts but log specific exercises, sets & reps which can be used to track performance progress as well. It’s also way more user friendly then MFP un that respect.

    I’m overjoyed I found JOY!
  • Wowowowow we’re back boys!!!

This is far and away the best food tracker in existence. The only one that doesn’t try to “do it for you” and instead lets you set your macro and micro targets exactly how you want on the exact days you want. Easily the best food tracker on iOS and has been for years. There was a period where development had slowed and I thought the app was abandoned but it seems we are still in business!!! Thanks to Silvio for giving us all the chance to benefit from his fantastic work.

    Developer Response

Hi there — Just letting you know the app is under active development. We've not only fixed this annoying bug, but we also launched a ton of features, including workout and exercise tracking. I hope you give it another look and keep the feedback coming. — Silvio (Founder)
  • Updated to five stars again

Whatever happened it’s fixed. The best calories counter that allows you to track macros. It’s fast. It’s quirky sometimes. Just get to learn to use it and it’s 100x better than MyFitnessPal. The app is basically just the web interface so technically you get the exact same experience on a browser than in the app.
