App needs work
I had scheduled bill payments which were inaccessible in the app for a period of time. They did not pay like they were supposed to. Now I owe multiple late charges. Not happy about it. I emailed about the issues weeks ago and was given no response. Also sometimes the app is non functional at all and unable to log in.Show lesstrinapeters

It’s great to have an app for our Credit Union. This one works quite well and has improved a lot.
TouchId is now available that’s great.

Convenient, easy, and safe despite first thoughts
I really enjoy the convenience of the credit union app. Being able to check banking on the go is so easy and with a full list of previous transactions is great.6729363

This is a amazing app for anyone that deals with Sydney credit union. It is very user friendly and makes dealing with the credit union even more pleasant then it already is! Glad to see Sydney Credit Union getting an app. Looks great so far. The only thing I would like to see added is Touch ID integration for those who choose to stay logged in. Adds an extra layer of security. Thanks and keep up the good work.CTremblay85
