Looks like they didn't test their app not even a single time otherwise they would have known blocker bugs not letting user do anything.

I have to call the support every time I intend to use this app. I am always getting the error “the user IP and bound IP are inconsistent (70116118)., despite being on PTCL internet. It has been same since last 6-8 months and I wonder they never fixed it permanently.

Very bad job by PTCL as usual. The app keeps crashing and does not work. Can’t expect any thing better from them. Doesn’t even deserve the one star.
