Pretty Easy to Use
The app is super convenient and helps me file my claims for reimbursement in a much more timely manner. The only reason I didn’t give it the last star is because I find myself ever-so-slightly annoyed that there’s no “keep me logged in” option and also I have to scroll to enter a date instead of just typing it.Show lessCewoodwatd

Such a time saver!
Could be 5 stars if they made a couple small tweaks. Suggestions: have End of service auto populate with date entered for Start of service. Remove unnecessary click in Category & Type to get to Dental Medical Ortho etc. AUTO SPELL would be icing on the cake!kgk fufjfj

Poor customer service
Always had issues trying to be reimbursed. Finally learned my lesson and just began uploading all my receipts as soon as I had a service done and or picked up meds. Now in the past year that is not good enough. My card has now been denied services 4 times due to no receipts being submitted. Yet how funny, that all I’ve had to do is go to uploaded receipts and resubmit. Beyond ridiculous to have to go to these lengths to pay for medical services with our own money.Show lessY que 66
Friendly Customer Service and easy to use app
My company was sold and I have not received my new HSA card yet. My old card was deactivated yesterday and my son and husband had eye doctor appointments today. I called customer service to find out the status of my new card and asked for information about reimbursing myself since I had to pay out of pocket for today’s visit, customer service was very friendly and the app to reimburse myself was easy to use.Show lessLaceyH12/31

Unable to login
Security questions mark as incorrect on the app but work just fine on the website. I’ve never been able to log into the app even after uninstalling and reinstalling and resetting my information multiple times. Waste of time.nope2020 100%
