Completely awful
This app was doing an ok job at first. But for the past 2 weeks I can’t even login to the app. I now get “login failed. A problem has occurred. Please contact your service provider.” I have tried to login every day and get the same thing. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it - same thing. So frustrating. My previous HSA provider’s app was so much more user friendly and more streamlined. This one is ridiculous.Show lessCoffeehouse Charlie
