Hi MsFrancesca79! Thank you for taking the time to rate and review our app. If you can, please visit the More tab, and tap Support to start up an email or text with our Care team about your feedback. But I will try to explain some here. The notifications about new bookings, moves, and cancellations are available for "today's" appointments only (so that your phone's not blowing up with your busy book!) :) You can move an appointment to a new time on the same day via the Edit/Move option in the appointment's menu. The Edit Ticket option is available on checked in appointments with proper access.
