Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work at all, it is only black screen. It was jus wasting money for developing such a stuff if you can’t properly administrate it.

I love this app and the whole concept but please Hotpod fix it, it’s very glitchy and usually just displays a black screen so I have to use the website instead.
Better organisation needed
Classes booked need to be shown in date order rather than order of when they are booked. Also wait list needs to be in date order with position in queue shown on main page. Class audio/music option doesn’t seem to work.
Terrible value and service
I purchased a monthly pass to Hotpod in Leicester but every time I tried to book a class it was full. I managed to attend 2 classes for my £70 monthly subscription and nobody seemed at all interested in helping me or answering my calls or emails. Communication with the studio through the app is very difficult, confusing and frustrating.

Takes ages to load
Since the update a few months ago the app has been soooo slow. It takes ages to load my classes. Ages to get to the schedule and takes ages to cancel classes.
Absence of notifications
Would be really helpful if this app had notifications rather relying on emails.
Also frustrating that you can’t see the waitlists that you’re on. Missed so many classes because of this!

Won’t even allow me to create an account
I get continuous errors but no information as to why or how to rectify it. Super frustrating.
New update, now not working
Since the update, it'll shut off before you can book a class! Really annoying as it was working well before and now I can't book on for anything!!
