Hi, Sorry to hear you are having problems. Ticket counts still remain in the app - it could just be that you are signed in as an app user without permissions to view them. In our recent update, we updated the app so that the parts you can view/access match the permissions level of your account. These can be set when creating an app user in Promotion Centre (Dashboard -> My app settings -> See app users section). To fix this, please make sure you are signed in as either your main account, or an app user that has 'supervisor' permissions. Hope this resolves your issue. Thanks!
