    Very easy to use but Face ID never works when logging in

    I would give it 5 Stars but 3 times this month I couldn’t get into acoonts to make bill payments. I kept getting error notices. But it’s great when the app,works

  • App need a lot of improvements.

    Temporary passcodes every single log in after face recognition? Like Reallyyyyyyyyyyyy? Bank is too good to deserve such a disappointing and wack app.

    Everyone I met at the bank is so pleasant to help me and other customers. I use the Rutherford Union Ave Branch with the branch manager Michael Fox, Angel Conde,Jada Henry, Anna Ceka now at Hackensack Branch, Lisa Giarrussi now in Jersey City, Mike now at Glenrock, JoyHernandez via phone support and of course my retired friend Loretta Young who I know since she was a teller on Park Ave Branch Rutherford many many years ago. God Bless everyone and I hope I did not forget to recognize anyone. All great people 👍😊 Nicholas J Sileno a customer for probably more than 50 years

  • I’m closing my account because of this app

    I needed a savings account where I can conveniently check on my balance. It took three months for support to even figure out why I couldn’t sign in. Now that I can sign in, the app crashes and gives errors. I try and sign in online and that crashes as well. I’m going with a larger bank like TD or Lakeland.

  • Deposit feature not working

    Yea the deposit feature isn’t working just a white screen

    As the title states, the deposit feature is not working.

    Otherwise, the app has been great up until now. I use this and the BoA app frequently and Blue Bank is much easier to navigate.
