Description of EnviMobile
EnviMobile er en App til Offline redigering af udvalgte data på EnviPortal
EnviMobile har for nuværende to moduler: EnviDrift App. og EnviTilsyn App.
Disse kan købes og virker hver for sig eller samlet.
EnviDrift App, kan udføre Job og oprette henvendelser.
EnviTilsyn App. Kan udføre tilsyn på Projekter, Anlægsregister og med EnviDrift App også på Job.
Det er muligt at udfylde og indsende tilsynsrapporter direkte på byggepladsen eller pumpestationen, og dermed undgå dobbeltarbejde. Processen udføres i 3 enkle steps – nemmere bliver det ikke:
1.Projekterne oprettes i EnviTilsyn via portalen og alle relevante spørgsmål sættes op i en skabelon som nemt ændres og vedligeholdes af medarbejderen selv.
2.Medarbejderen udfører tilsynet og registrerer samtidig sine svar direkte via EnviTilsyn-app’en.
3.Når tilsynet er fuldført og afsluttet på app'en sendes tilsynsrapporten automatisk retur til portalen, hvor den bliver registreret med et samme.
I de tilfælde hvor den tilsynsførende har flere tilsynsprojekter, finder EnviTilsyn altid selv det projekt/den pumpestation, som er nærmest telefonens geografiske position. Derved behøver man ikke gå mange projekter igennem for at finde det rigtige.
