Poor performance today .
Paid some bills .
Previous versions ‘remembered’ amounts that I had paid to the payees which I was expecting.
Secondly, I had to type in my amount two times before I was able to move to the next screen .

Excellent online banking siteReview
It’s very frustrating to have to enter both a password and verification code every time I need to go into my app. Which I do frequently to move money around as to not have it all sitting in my cheque account so that if someone ever auto scanned my card they can’t get a lot at once. I appreciate the fact that it’s an extra security for customer but once you enter it once you should just be able to use face recognition. That would make it a lot more convenient.
