Incredible App!
Such an easy app to use to stay connected and recognize your co-workers/employees. Having the ability to check your account balance when your on the go is nice and makes the redemption process even easier. I've used Motivosity for years now and when moving to more remote work, has been one of the best ways to stay connected with my team and others at the company. Super easy to use, great interface, and always coming out with new updates to expand on the functionality and make things better. I especially love how easy it is to redeem awards through the marketplace or anywhere else by using the ThanksMatters card. Desktop is great, but the phone app is even better - the only "social media" that I truly enjoy using and seeing a positive and warm feed.Show lessJpine59
