Does not accurately add points, no support to be found
So as a new resident to the SW metro who works in Minneapolis, I signed up for everything SW transit had to offer - Prime, Perks, the go-to card. I was psyched that I’d earn rewards for being environmentally responsible in riding the bus vs driving and parking every day. HOWEVER, even though I registered my card with this app I do t get the extra points. I have rides from over a month ago only showing a check in, no points for using my card. Additionally, there are rides that I know I made missing. But there’s not outright support to get answers, only an FAQ which didn’t answer my questions. So as much as I want to love this app I’m really disappointed by it.Show lesslilmissinmsp

I’m having an issue with the apps and there appears to be no way to get support for the issue. The app support link in the App Store just opens the app, which is very unhelpful. I am constantly asked to turn on Bluetooth when I have it turned off for battery conservation. It is extremely annoying. Other than that the app works fine.Show lessJulisana
App not loading and keeps saying password is incorrect
App is not working correctly. It keeps getting stuck on the load screen. I am losing out on the perks. Good idea just not executing right for me.busrider0603
