Not functioning
This app is horrible, it is really slow and wastes a lot of time. Sometimes unusable
Way too many issues
Crashes, boots me out, freezes, goes offline and it’s not counting all deliveries anymore.
Soooo many problems
Freezes, crashes and pinpoints on the map are very inaccurate sometimes. It goes “offline” half the time and doesn’t count some of the packages you deliver. Meaning you get ripped off and lose money

Sorry to hear about your issues with the application. The inaccurate maps pins will likely be related to a geocoding service making a best guess from the address data that was provided. We are continuously making improvements but please let your support team know if you are still experiencing issues so we can investigate further.

Not even a single bit of UX research goes into this app.
The navigation on IOS takes the persons name and places it on the map. Instead of the address. Like, who the hell does that. You have to switch back to the app to get the house number as all the map shows is NA if the name is blank or the name.
Useless.
