Not able to open after update

This app used to work fine but when I opened today it said to update the app through the App Store. This was done but when I open there is still an update button on the screen which takes me to the App Store to open the app. If I then open the app it takes me to the initial screen with an update button again. This ap is now not able to be used after the update. Please help.

Crashes on opening

All of a sudden stopped working, crashes every time I open it. Have always had problems with this app, be it functionality or video quality. I’m in the uk so only place I can watch the league, so poor considering it’s a paid for service and basic app functionality doesn’t even work

Help

I have enjoyed this app for a couple of years now but suddenly it has stopped working when I hit on a replay it just logs out….what can I do?

I have now deleted the app and downloaded again and so far all is working so really pleased to be able to continue watching the fantastic netball

I actually love the app when it’s working

I’m not sure if it’s just my app but at the moment I can’t load any off the replays I have paid my fees and the app is closing itself every time I load a replay so please help me or let me know what I can do to fix this

App crashing, Video pausing while sound continues

I’ve had this app since the middle of the 2020 season and now all of a sudden it starts crashing. A literally just watched a replay of fever’s round 5, now trying to view the ladder, and it just keeps crashing. I restarted my phone and even changed data source and it’s happening still. Like WTH!

Video pauses while sound continues and I have to restart the game many times.

App keeps crashing

The App itself is very nice and easy to use, but for the last week it keeps crashing... it doesn’t even open and it’s so frustrating.

Great but issues

I love this app and love being able to watch Suncorp from the UK but there are some issues.
My biggest problem this year is that whilst you can hide the results from games the table positioning is shown for each team and it makes it obvious who has won before you’ve watched the match. I’m not sure why this is there.

Cast feature average..

Need to do some work on fixing bugs, particularly around casting games. If your connected via chrome cast and your phone times out, you’ll loose the cast function/controls.

Fantastic app

I purchased this after looking for a legal way for us to watch the Suncorp League from where we live(England). The app is very reasonably priced for the years subscription. And the added bonus of being able to watch past years games is a great bonus. We are currently slowly making our way through the 2018 season.
My only gripe is the app doesn’t always remember the point where we left the match previously. Can be a bit annoying when you get back into the app and you then have to find where you were watching last time.

Love the App - but stop upgrading versions!

(Had to buy a new iPad to keep watching, as the version was upgraded to a new version that was beyond my iPad’s capability. It took days of my time and numerous phone calls to work this issue out, but Apple told me in less than 5 minutes - “the new version of the app is now beyond your iPad’s ability to be upgraded to a version that is compatible with it”. And the iPad was less than 5 years old.....
