No detail

There is no detail in the information and is extremely general and vague. Example: a plastic container could have a 2, 4, or 5 on it. Some of these can be recycled by a facility and some cannot. There are no results for these options. All you get is put plastic container in the recycle. There is also no additional instructions like “all items should be clean”

Previous to this app I tried to keep one of the papers listing where to put miscellaneous items but I’m horrible at managing paperwork. Now I just go to my app and have the answers!
Love it!

Shred it

Conflicting information about shredded paper. App says it goes in compost but other info from WM No says to put it in the garbagez

Extremely limited. Only useful if you live in one of 3 areas.

This app only provides useful info if you live in one of three regions in the app. It won’t tell you what to recycle unless you select one of those three counties. My area, Pinellas County, is not supported.

Please add sample photos. Also specify if all recycling numbers 1-7 are recyclable.

Only available for 3 random counties

There should be a disclaimer before people waste (no pun intended) their time downloading an app that only works for 3 random counties

WM App

I heard a couple people from WM speak. It seems like there is incorrect information in this app about which cart things go into. Also how about information updates for example when something can no longer be recycled. Also how about just more information about recycling- need to wash things, lids, what will screw up your machines, where the final product goes.
Also how about offering information about where to take things that can’t be recycled instead of putting them in the garbage. I know that’s not your job but since people are looking here for recycle info - go the extra mile!

A game! And redirects to a bad web WM site.

This is not an app from WM. Just some bulk redirect tool getting skinned. And they sent a postcard pushing it!!!

Informative but with errors

I like the information that this app provides about recycling, but the game has a big error in it. The garbage can is the color of the compost can and v. v. Also, it would be nice if you could pay your bill with this app.
