Unable to find device

The app has never worked well, but now it's really bad. I deleted and reinstalled the app, but it's still unable to find the device, even though the mini 6741w is connected to WiFi. I can't access the main menu to manage the device or configure it. The app is completely unusable. Can someone please help me with this issue?
Keep getting warning sign about not being connected to wifi when it is absolutely is connected to internet. Furthermore my internet connection is fine as I am streaming and writing this review on my home wifi!

Every day stops working

Everyday the app is not connected , always miss calls on gate system as the app is on and off all the time , no point having a electric gate if you have to walk down to open it all the time to let people in

Review from a 10 year installer

As a ln installer and owner of multiple Comelit systems, I am always happy with the final product!
The installation and programming are quite complex because of the massive features and functions it offers.
As a end user there is a brief tutorial that should occur and for the people with older phones they could have issues, but it’s rare and usually fixable working with tech support.
Comelit has no subscription either!

Completely useless App

Haven’t managed to do anything on the App. Ok I understand that the App doesn’t work unless the panel is active and I guess that is a limitation of the way the unit is powered. However, the real issue I have is that I can never use the App to do it’s only job ie to open the door. I get the notification, click the tick but when the App opens I am not connected. The Comelit hardware seems decent but don’t buy it based on the hope of the App, you will be disappointed. Haven’t even thought about using Alexa, I can’t see anyway that could work if the basic cloud connectivity of the Mini Unit is broken.

So so so so bad

Seriously, how can this app be on the market? An electrician recommended and installed a doorbell and intercom system from Comelit. I completely regret it - I am going back to my Ring doorbell.

What’s wrong with the app? Firstly, when the doorbell rings, it’s a phone call. You have to answer the phone. Then the home page loads and you have to tap a small line of text to open the door. It then asks you to confirm (another tap). Followed by a message saying “command sent successfully” which is superfluous. Because of this app I have wasted money on the doorbell, which I’m not going to use.

Very Poor App

This is one of the most poorly organized apps I’ve ever used and for something as important as door entry/security it is even more appalling. Very slow to switch between cameras. Ability to unlock does not exist beyond the first two doors of our building. Slow to load. Confusing layout where you have to come out of entry the cameras section, and then unlock interior doors without having a visual on the person entering. Whoever developed this has clearly never lived in an apartment building. And to top it off, if the system hardware is ever serviced the app no longer sees the devices and must be removed from your phone and reinstalled from scratch. Any customization you made is then lost.

It may be an issue stemming from the programming process of your current system. Laggy and stupid.

This app is quite laggy and stupid, the face recognition doesn’t recognise me as a face and the screen on the actual doorbell camera itself is also laggy.

Worst software I have ever experienced

Seriously do not buy one of these systems! It is the most frustrating software.. you get alerts when someone rings the gate but 8 times out of 10 you can’t open the gate… error after error message about device not being registered and then once the delivery is gone it decides to work. The gate company I complained to agreed. This is one of the worst gate systems they have come across! Do yourself a favour and avoid!!!!

App is decent but needs fixing

The video comes up way too slow. We click on the app and then the front door camera and it takes too long to show the image.

Also, sometimes I have to give a family member access to my account. Every time I have to switch back, it starts a new system. So, it says MY SYSTEM 7. I want to be able to throw the old ones away and rename a camera.

Please fix! Rest is good.

Regarding the issue of the app not receiving notifications, if you're using our HFX system, a solid red light indicates a muted ring. Tap it once to unmute, and the light should turn off. Siri shortcut support / Widget required

The app has the basic features working as expected. I hope devs can add in Siri shortcut support for each gate unlock, and additionally widget for gate unlock on Home Screen / Lock Screen.
