It's been a savior for our school. Creating a print directory is such a huge task and we didn't have any parents step up to do it this year, so we explored online options. Needs an update
I've only been using the app and website for a couple days as a room parent for my child's class. I am also frustrated that the app and website do not have the same features.
My biggest frustration though is with the group chat function. I'll receive a notification on my lock screen that someone has contributed to the chat but the message doesn't load when I open the app. My group keeps disappearing and then reappearing. A comment from yesterday finally appeared today. Please fix this!!Show lessLjmtravis
Leaves much to be desired
I’m a “room lead” as my school is using Konstella this year, and after a short time using Konstella (online and via this app) I am very frustrated with it all. The app contains features not available via the website; the website contains features not available on the app. It’s all rather non-intuitive and requires a lot of hand-holding with the parents in my class. It does a few things well; it tries to do much more but not very well. A good idea but needs improvement after a lot more testing in the real world!Show lessNadador
