My company rolled out this reward system for the employees every one really didn’t know how really to use it. O boy once they did learn every one was helping each and the best part was how clean employees were leaving their work stations. The best was when you would get rewarded from your friends . Need bug fixes with 2.97 update
I generally would give the app 5 stars. I love being able to recognize my staff and peers in real time with my phone. However, the newest update 2.97 does not work. Every time I try to send an e-card everything works great until I press send and the app crashes. 3 times in the last 2 days since updating. Very frustrating, hopefully another update will be released with bug fixes. Until then don’t bother downloading because it is not usable.Show lessRegan_Pruitt.
Great system. Terrible app
Every time there is an update, it will not allow you to access the app until you install the update. Unfortunately, the only way to install the update is to uninstall the app completely and then reinstall it. Otherwise it’s a vicious cycle of, please update the app, then it takes you to the App Store where there is no update available.Show lessPoopoo Magoo
Recognition made EASY!
I use this app for my company and previous apps I have used are extremely frustrating and hard to use. As a manager I love how quick this app makes giving recognition. I would give 6 stars if I could!belmontshopper
Could use an upgrade
I love having the ability to send recognition to my coworkers, but it would be even better if I could easily respond to any recognition received with a comment boxTeebird013
No Customer Service
This app used to be amazing. Now I put in orders and I never receive my e-cards. The worst part is the customer service. All you can do is email and they never respond. So I guess they just decided to keep my funds!knomad!

When identifying a flaw with the employee number search function, I got a canned response that indicated to me they didn’t even read my feedbackMarc.61
App functionality
Great for creating morale on the team, but the app functionality could be better. My shipping address won’t save and there is a lag in marking an award as presented.meg_holb
