Horrendous
This is the worst app I have ever used. Totally unreliable. Hardly ever connects. Total waste of money.

It does the job
The app itself feels dated but it does the job! Based on what I've seen so far, all functions that are available on the tub are available in the app also, and it's easier to set schedules and other settings via the app interface! Altogether, it's a helpful companion and hope that it will get some much needed overhaul!

Not worth cost
Should not have spent extra money for D1 connect. It mostly doesn't work and you have to keep logging in to try and get it to connect. It now tells me the spa number is not recognized. Basically a waste of money.
Frustrating
The app forces me to register, but I type in the serial number and it never does anything else. It says "two simple steps" but never goes to the 2nd simple step.
Update Bug
The latest update messed up the app on my IPhone 5s. I am now unable to access the maintenance menu. When attempting to access the maintenance menu the app shuts off.
Not there yet
After a month and a half of trying, finally got this to connect to my new 2015 Nautique spa. After entering my serial number and all personal information (required to register) it connected and I could control spa functions. However, it did not recognized the maintenance intervals already programmed into the spa. Then, when I fired up the app a second time, it's now asking that I register AGAIN including entering all my personal info! Forget it. Software developer should be embarrassed. Do it right or don't do it at all.
