Deceptive and Misleading
You’re a very deceptive company that only cares about sales and not the customers need. After misinforming and misleading me to sign up for a course (certified ethical hacker) claiming it was for beginners and no knowledge or prerequisites required only to find out after paying and signing up that wasn’t the case. To even have the decency to refund me you can’t and all your sales people were trying to go was to get me to sign up for the next course without a care in the world. Avoid Simplilearn at all cost.

Helpful criticism
Overall this app has many different opportunities, functions well, and is very informative. However, if you are using a cellphone it may be difficult to complete task. It won’t registered when I finished lessons when I used my phone’s app to complete them. So I had to switch to my laptop to complete lessons and get my green check for my completion. The only other complaint I have is it can be difficult at times to know what a courses prices are because I doesn’t always directly state cost.

Sales scams abound
Be careful, they are “selling” service. When things go wrong or not as expected your money is gone. They sold me a “discounted” exam voucher and didn’t not explain in the fine print that it expires in 3 months. When I was ready to take the exam they wanted me to pay again. In other words they took my money for an exam that I never even took. Very annoyed. The classes were also full of good, bad and ugly. Definitely not as much good as the money saved to take a more legit course.

Great app for mobility however lacks the ability to match the web version on the portal. I would like to access the explanation as I can in the web version
Zero support!!!!
Zero tech support what so ever! I’ve spent more than 3 hours accessing my certificate and trying to call the help line, but nobody seems to answer the phone. All my efforts have turned futile.
Buggy & Invasive
While playing a playlist, sometimes the video doesn't show up for several minutes. When trying to select a topic, it changes the orientation on my iPad. It also forces you to download this app if you're working on a mobile device. Seriously? It would be a whole lot better if I could watch the videos of the courses on my browser instead. I had to watch these for a college course I am taking, but based on this company's invasiveness, I won't be back.

Old courses
Disappointed to learn that the first course I started was very old and dated. Found it very confusing as I couldn’t find any of the tools he’s talking about! Don’t try Facebook Marketing and advertising course! The course still tells you to be on a Facebook Local app when this app was discontinued by Facebook a while ago. The course is very basic
