Helpful criticism
Overall this app has many different opportunities, functions well, and is very informative. However, if you are using a cellphone it may be difficult to complete task. It won’t registered when I finished lessons when I used my phone’s app to complete them. So I had to switch to my laptop to complete lessons and get my green check for my completion. The only other complaint I have is it can be difficult at times to know what a courses prices are because I doesn’t always directly state cost.Show lessbumbee77
Sales scams abound
Be careful, they are “selling” service. When things go wrong or not as expected your money is gone. They sold me a “discounted” exam voucher and didn’t not explain in the fine print that it expires in 3 months. When I was ready to take the exam they wanted me to pay again. In other words they took my money for an exam that I never even took. Very annoyed. The classes were also full of good, bad and ugly. While playing a playlist, sometimes the video doesn't show up for several minutes. When trying to select a topic, it changes the orientation on my iPad. It also forces you to download this app if you're working on a mobile device. Seriously? It would be a whole lot better if I could watch the videos of the courses on my browser instead. I had to watch these for a college course I am taking, but based on this company's invasiveness, I won't be back.Show lessthatsteveinkyiv

Do not waste your money. They are bunch of deceits. This so called simplilearn, they scammed me and didn’t give me the proper service I paid for, they refused to refund my money and they told me something different from what they offered. They linked me with Affirm because they knew with Affirm I will pay all the money even if I don’t like their services. They reported me to credit bureau when I stopped paying them for service they do not rendered. Please don’t fall for Simplilearn. They are bunch of people that set up a platform to steal your money.Show lessjoycepearl

Tried to contact them through their United States number and tried to talk to a live person went into the queue three times for 10 minutes each and was disconnected at the end of nine or 10 minutes all times without reaching anyone, and kept hearing in the queue that there was one person ahead of me, but I could never get through to anyone very frustrating. I tried to the online chat through the app and was told that they were only sales they couldn’t help me.Show lessSuccubabe

Some issues in Quiz Section
Hi there, thanks for your great apps.
I have a problem with my home page and quiz section, actually I don’t have access them and confront this warning “Something went wrong, please try again later”osadm
Quizzes not Registering as Passed
Ive gone through 2 modules and passed quizzes on each module multiple time and it doesnt register the quiz or the module as completed. What can be the issue?
Everytime I go back into the app and click continue learning it takes me back to the first quiz i have taken about 13 times and passed. Kinda frustrating.Show lessTiptronic1881
Great App
The app is wonderful and a great split of the desktop (cloud based) version. I was able to toggle easily from each with ease. Extremely user friendly. I was able to receive two certification so far and I used the app and desktop version to achieve this. I would definitely recommend to others.ccotlage
