More anti- histamine foods please!!
This food allergy is on is on the rise so you’ll be helping a lot of people if you improve it
A great tool !
I have unusual food allergies and this has been a very helpful tool ! Easy to use.
More Needed
I wish this was as detailed a diet app where it says this food has this amount of this in it, even if it’s just a generalized amount in ANY food one looks up. Very similar to the nutritional content of food. I’d be happy to pay for a detailed list of thousands of food items. I’m trying very hard to figure out what I can and can’t eat and more to seeing this would help so much.

Fantastic
Excellent app for my food intolerances and also cooking for others with Allergies and intolerances.
Quick and easy guide for avoiding foods high in histamine
Looks like a lot of work went into developing this app. It works quickly and has loads of information.
Help
I don’t understand how to use this app
How does it work?
I ticked histamine in settings, I put baked beans in the search and clicked search. I was given an option of colours, I tried each colour, nothing. I tried each food group. Nothing.
I’m not saying it’s the app that’s at fault, I just can’t work it out so I have no idea if it works or not.
Great idea if I can find out how it works.

Ok
Not too bad, not sure why there are two of the same items with different colours. (Not all have two listings)
Would be great to create your own recipies and it give an overall rating on the recipe as well.
Also would be great to have products, eg: Kellogg’s corn flakes - rating

Instructions??
Looks beautiful and maybe I am clueless, but I could not locate any directions on how to set this up.
Easiest for free
This is a really easy to use app that is free to anyone with adds. The only pro of paying for it is to remove ads (which I only sorry I’m driving after using more than a year). Anyone with food issues knows that not every list, even in science, perfectly agrees. If you look at the location this app is in Europe so, for example, cilantro is Coriander as they say in UK. Will this replaces ever needing to look elsewhere? No- but is it perfect for an individual YES!!
Here’s why: you can toggle the lines. So if you react badly to something labeled green, just slide it to red and if you find you do well with something red, just toggle it. Moreover- you can add your own items!
With that in mind this should help you walk through an elimination diet and be more than useful for that. You can’t expect an app to know more than the available science at the time so- reviewers- please stop wanting everything for nothing.
It would be great to add info on portions- even if a generic size for all food so that I can understand the numbers better
