  • Every 2-3 days after the app logs me out! Annoying

    Whats the purpose of an app if i have to log into it everytime i visit the app. This can also be done in web version where with a otp i can log into my account. Please fix this problem and make our life easier.

  • Trying to do better.

    The new user experience is much better compared to previous versions but some areas lack enough contrast. But overall it’s a good experience.

  • Optimize new My Family Menu

    The new release includes revamping my family plan menu which is way more organised than the previous menu. Although the packages list is still small to choose from.

  • Need to Update App interface.

    Robi's mobile app has gone from messy to awkward with the current update. There is nothing arranged, arranged. It has become very difficult to find what you need in the rush of so many offers.
    The home screen needs to be more beautiful and organized. It would have been nice to see the amount of money, usage amount, outstanding amount, elite group on the front page especially as before.
    What was the need for an app to tap everything? No Missed Call Allot On-Off option. Emergency services are all lost in the rush.
    I am once again disappointed with Robi.

  • Balance not updating.

    I've been experiencing a persistent issue with the Robi app on iOS version 17.3.2 (App version 6.4.0).

    The app consistently displays an outdated balance upon refreshing, only showing the correct balance when reopening after completely closing it.

    This inconvenience makes it frustrating to obtain real-time information without going through the hassle of force-closing the app.

    In IOS Appstore couldn’t find the option of share pack or Family share option .. plz be updated . Its a crucial option for me.. regards

  • After so long it seems that the app is great

    After so long it seems that the app is great. I found it much easier and smoother to use than before. I expected such an app from Robi for a long time. Maybe in the future I will get something more beautiful from Robi. However, some problems remain. For example, any type of money recharge or bill payment should be updated immediately. It is important to solve this issue. On the other hand, even after launching the Volti service, it is not giving correct information which needs to be resolved. Such information does nothing but create confusion. Which is sad. Robi Elite Points do not seem to be properly updated regularly. Until *1213# is dialed. This is also sad. Home page has everything except sms no information. Like talktime, about the internet.
