I can’t open it with mobile data from last few days.
It’s may require update but when I tap to update I can’t see any update from the app’s authority.

Activated Unwanted Package & Not Solving
I am a new post paid customer. Recently I paid 58 TK for my post paid connection bill but, unfortunately ROBI activated another package 58TK_7D_EL which i don't want. I have paid my bill but ROBI activated another package. I have requested to cancel that unwanted package on JAN-30-21, 3:41 PM. More than 60 hours gone but, till now that package is not deactivated and they said if i make any voice calls or if i use any data before my cancelation request completed then they are unable to deactive that package. I called twice in call center but they said their team is still working. Now i couldn't make any calls or couldn't use my data. I dont how much time they need for this small task.Show lessmehmudhaque
