  • Problem

    I can’t open it with mobile data from last few days.
    It’s may require update but when I tap to update I can’t see any update from the app’s authority.
    Please fix it as soon as possible.

  • Internet speed quality.

    Speed is very very poor. I hoped improve speed.
  • Activated Unwanted Package & Not Solving

    I am a new post paid customer. Recently I paid 58 TK for my post paid connection bill but, unfortunately ROBI activated another package 58TK_7D_EL which i don't want. I have paid my bill but ROBI activated another package. I have requested to cancel that unwanted package on JAN-30-21, 3:41 PM. More than 60 hours gone but, till now that package is not deactivated and they said if i make any voice calls or if i use any data before my cancelation request completed then they are unable to deactive that package. I called twice in call center but they said their team is still working. Now i couldn't make any calls or couldn't use my data. I dont how much time they need for this small task.

    Totally awesome app but need incoming call history and contacts backup system too. So that this would be more amazing and helpful too.
