Can’t sign up
I just downloaded the app on my phone and ipad, none of them is showing the sign up option. Now I have to Google “how to…” for something that’s supposed to be there in the first place.

We think that the app you are trying to download is CONCIERGEpad · Mobile, which is our parent or community app. You can download it here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/conciergepad-mobile/id1512236778 This should resolve your issue. This app that you are trying to download is made for school or business admin, and therefore, has no sign-up process.
