Upgrade aplikasi BNi mobile yang baru ini tidak bekerja sama sekali, saya tidak bisa login san selalu dibilang koneksi terputus padahal untuk aplikasi lain semuanya normal. Pake wifi atau LTE juga tetap di bilang koneksi terpitus cek koneksi anda😓kerthyayanaz
History transaksi nya buruk
Kenapa gak bisa menampilkan semua history transaksi secara lengkap? Saya harus print ke cabang terus. Contoh dong Commonwealth yang bahkan bisa traceback sampe hari pertama buka rekening, itu baru bagus. BNI ngacoanonim-user1463

One of the best mobile banking app in Indonesia
I have used BCA and BNI’s mobile banking apps. I have used the Commonwealth Bank’s app from Australia. For sure Commonwealth’s is the best. But for Indonesia's mobile banking, in my opinion without any doubt BNI is the best. Better than BCA.Chobe24

The app is easy to use, however with English being my first language I would prefer there was the option to access in both Indonesian and English. A previous version of the app did give you this optionfitzwho
