I paid for a year and i feel nervous after seeing the developer say they fixed it when it’s obvious they have not. Plus, there’s that top review we all see first thing here in the app store reviews - it’s so obviously fake, an attempt to discredit the experiences of every other user “oh i don’t know what everyone else is talking about, this app doesn’t crash!” Just like real people say in genuine reviews all the time lol.
leaves a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach that the switch to subscription model should always, without exception, be viewed as a red flag. If they’re putting effort into fake reviews and dishonest developer responses and not into fixing the app so it’s usable, that is a sign of disrespect for users. when the app doesn’t open at all over a period of weeks or months, you’re not really gonna see long obnoxiously glowing reviews that specifically attempt to discredit other users who experiences legit problems. Fake reviews are a scourge on the internet.

I REALLY utilize this app to the fullest!
Why is a lot of people saying it crashes? I was t paying attention if they were old reviews and since then they have fixed the bug and software issue… but I never have. A problem with it. I find this app very helpful and useful as I stated above.

New updates cause crashes
This afternoon (August 29, 2024), I bought a brand new iPhone 15 Pro. I had hoped this would make a difference. It didn’t. The app still crashes immediately upon opening. Yes, I deleted it completely and reinstalled it too. But that didn’t help either. Extremely disappointed. None of my other many apps does this. Is there ever going to be an update with a permanent fix?
