Annoying
Companies don’t realize when they advertise and say “free to use” just to have you waste time answering personalized questions and at the very end…. Ask for money… they create a huge negative experience and distrust. You just lied. It is not free to use. “Free to try for 7 days” is the truth. I’m sure the app is great but the sheer fact of the world of companies that lie… this is another one of those companies where I felt very deceived and it has resulted in me deleting the app and any time anyone asks about a word app, I will tell them my negative experience with this app and to stay away. Now imagine the company actually did give it for free and it was such a good app that they said “hey, we don’t want finances to not let you learn so it is free. We spent a lot of time and money developing this app we are proud of. If you want to show your gratitude, you can donate here.” See the difference? This gives actual trust and ironically, would probably make more money. So many companies miss out on actually helping the world vs capitalism and deceiving to get the sale (the download). Not to mention over time having people leave reviews for others to see. This is a negative or positive ripple effect. Pick your path.Show lessRshenky

While I appreciate the updates, it’s infuriating that there is no free option anymore. I don’t need the words tailored to my personality or interests, especially not for $60 a year. The original free version should still be an option at least, even if there are ads.melaniejoy22
