ORNLFCU washes their hands of their online app, stating it is maintained by a third party. How rediculus is this? We are members, ORNLFCU works for us, so third party companies work for us and them, right? If the third party is not performing, find one that can get the job done or fire ORNLFCU employees responsible and get someone more capable. This has been going on for years. I’ve been with ORNLFCU since 1989, but other institutions are available!

Update!
This app hasn’t worked properly in almost a year. Fix it, or I’ll take 30 years of business down the street to Y-12 or Enrichment! I was hoping that this weekend’s update would fix this app, too - but again, no luck!

There has been no improvement since January 9. I’ll have to make arrangements to close this account since I have automatic deposits sent there. I will have to make a 2 hour round trip to change that. So disappointed.

Just started using this app yesterday. When I try to pay a bill from my bill pay, it says “system error”. I used to use their website without problems. But now when I try to login, it takes me to the app. So, the app is so easy to use that, if I want to pay a bill, all I have to do is drive to the bank, withdraw the money, drive to the location, and pay the bill.

Seriously, a billion dollar institution can’t put out a decent working app?
Should be fixed by now!?!?
I can’t believe that I still cannot do my online banking from my Ipad. I hate that my only option is this pathetic app. And this app still doesn’t even work with bill pay! How is this even possible?? Seriously considering closing my accounts and going somewhere else.

INFO - The requested configuration setting could not be found
Can do everything EXCEPT pay a bill. Are these updates even tested before being rolled out? Seems doubtful since this would be hard to miss. FIX IT!!

This app should be removed from the app store if the developer is not going to fix it.
