App no longer works for bill pay
The app does not work for bill pay any longer. Error messages about can’t find the profile.

I am getting same error code. Called Support. Thought it may be because of Safari and told me to use a different browser.

Answered every security question. It won’t take any of the answers

I want to pay a bill tonight and now can’t since this app won’t let me access my accounts. It stopped me at a security question.
Useless
I’d like to have the old system back. At least, I can access my info.
Failed on security settings
I loaded the app, signed in, and it asked to select a security question for (future) authentification. Would not accept any answer.

Doesn't work
Maybe they haven't work out all the bugs yet but when it sends you an email to authenticate your device it won't accept it unless "remember me" is selected. Then it won't accept your answer to the security questions. Completely useless.
