  • Doesn’t work

    I have an older Mac. I thought I’d try this since sidecar isn’t supported on my Mac. Turns out it just crashes my computer, doesn’t work as a monitor and windows is not supported.
    Don’t get this app it doesn’t work at all. Wasted my 9.99
  • This is so helpful

    At first I was skeptical. I couldn’t get it to work as it should. Being a lazy person I was going to write it off. But I emailed support. They told me how to change my Mac settings in privacy so it works then voila I had 2 screens. Support made it so easy to get it working.
  • Terrible unusable app

    The app was not workable at all, I tried illustrating with it and it wasn’t drawing in the right place and was very buggy. I want a refund
  • MacOS X Catalina now working well, great customer service

    This app stopped working after update to Mac OS X Catalina. It would keep crashing. It turned out Apple changed security parameters in Catalina. I contacted Air Display support and they provided a simple security setting modification on the Mac which resolved the issue right away. Their customer service was prompt and helpful. Here are the steps provided by customer service:

    Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy
    Scroll down and select Screen Recording. You should see Air Display Host listed in a box at the right.
    Enable its checkbox to allow it to "record the contents of your screen, even when using other apps." (You may need to click the little padlock and enter your password to allow the change.)

  • Excellent, works great!

    I hadn’t used this in awhile, but after discovering my Mac isn’t supported with the new Apple sidecar feature, I decided to give Air Display 3 another shot.

    At first I thought there was an issue, but after going to their website and checking support, there’s an extra step you have to go through on the Mac that gives Air Display 3 the proper permissions.

    Now, it works perfectly! And I’ve seen they’ve been updating it regularly so it’s definitely still very much supported.

  • GREAT APP... (Investment)

    I was looking for an app that would allow me to use my iPad Pro as a second monitor for my MacBook Pro. After doing searches and queries, I came across Air Display and discovered, as I read more about it, that it looked like the answer to my prayer. After downloading it, I had a little issue with getting it to work properly. But I reached out to Avatron via email and received immediate feedback. They instructed me in what I needed to do to get the app functioning properly and when I followed their very simple instruction, I was up and running in no time at all. This was really great because I was facing a time deadline and needed their help right away. They came through without fail and I’m very happy with my decision to purchase Air Display. 👍🏾 👍🏾

  • Works great and has great support team

    Very helpful tool in creating your home office!
    Very pleased that AirDisplay driver works alongside DiplayPort driver, since I’m also using a USB monitor requiring the DisplayPort driver. Products from other vendors did not work in this setup.

    On another note:
    iOS updates can break functionalities of Apps, especially individual setups can show various behavior. Please do contact support as they are really helpful and quick in their response.

  • Crashing fixed, great app and support

    IPad app crashing on open was resolved with version 3.3.5. It was a bug impacting iOS 12 that has been fixed.

    The client works very well and reliably both wirelessly and via USB.

    The host needed to be installed multiple times but appears to be operating…

    Avatron was responsive and clear. Their in-process fix resolved my issue. Pleasure to work with them. Recommended product.

  • Customer Satisfaction Issue

    Didn't work with my MacBook Air / iPhone. Connection between two devices would not stop dropping. I removed app from both devices and twice requested a refund. No refund has been provided. Apple account indicates "not eligible for a refund". Ridiculous given these factors and fact that this is not a hard product involving repackaging costs, etc. As a result I will never again purchase a Avatron LLC product, and I won't be purchasing anything I don't absolutely need anymore from Apple/iTunes (too many competitors who provide better customer satisfaction these days)
