Simple, useful, cheap
I used to use “Notebook”. I liked the simplicity and enjoyed the elegance. Eventually I ran out of space, and considered paying to upgrade, but the prices were simply grasping.
SnipNotes is not as pretty, but it does everything I need and even the upgrade is a very modest one-off fee.

I love SnipNotes and use it on all my devices: Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple watch. Anything I need to capture (thoughts web page URLs, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) goes into the SnipNotes inbox until I have time to act on it – the badged icon is a great reminder – and it’s immediately available everywhere. Notes with an address automatically get an embedded map and any note can be sent as a text message or an email, or used to create a reminder, with one click. Excellent Siri integration and the Apple Watch app is one of the best out there: You can quickly create and search for notes with dictation or save your current location. Needs a web app
I just downloaded this app today and LOVE it so far, however, I really wish there was a web app. I have an older mac that cannot update up to Monterey, so I’m unable to download the app for mac. I would immediately pay for this app if it were made possible for me to access on my laptop or web browser.Show lesstangotango91
A work of genius. A must have iOS App.
The SnipNotes App is a work of genius. It fulfills elegantly this critically important function which has always been missing in the iPhone iOS system software. With a simple ingenious workaround for the Apple system imbedded impossibility of copying to the clipboard multiple sequential copies, and then providing the powerful ability to paste any of these previously copied clipboard entries to any document in the future- while also allowing for infinite edits, modifications and enhancements of the individual copies, this is a must have iOS app. Great work.Show lesslorinh

I have been using this terrific app for years now but overwealmingly it's best feature is that it works on the Apple Watch.
The AW has always been missing a viable notes app and this fills that gap neatly.
Imagine having your shopping list on your wrist as you travel the isles of your supermarket, to be able to tick items off as you go. This app is only as limited as your imagination. I love it and it only gets better.Show lessMorrisSoak

This is an amazing note-taking/organizational app! It is packed with features that work flawlessly, syncs perfectly, is updated regularly with improvements, and is very reasonably priced (with no subscription or ads). It has become an indispensable tool that I use daily on my Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. It even has excellent and very useful Apple Watch complications! The huge variety of use-case possibilities is only limited by your imagination. I use it to organize class/student/grade lists, clients, shopping lists, inventory lists, restaurant lists (with locations), and many more. All perfectly sync'd to every device. Amazing! This is an amazing app for notetaking. I’ve been using the stock Apple Notes for a while and have liked it but always thought it was very frustrating that I could not get it on my Apple Watch. This app fixes a problem and it’s just better overall.
The only downside of this app are lists. It does have the ability to create a dashed list, however, it behaves a bit strangely and you cannot have sub items.
If lists get better, I will give this app five stars, and use it as my only note taking app for all my Apple productsShow lessopposite.enemy
Extremely nice app!!
I purchased the “plus” version and it has great promise! I have used “Cheatsheet” for quite some time to keep notes and updates on the cattle on my ranch. I mainly use the watch functionality, as I can lookup all my different pastures and talk to the watch to append a pasture with newborn calves and etc.
SnipNotes will do all of these same things, however, Cheatsheet looks somewhat more “polished ” showing more lines and etc. on the watch complication. In other ways SnipNotes is more advanced. I will continue to use both and will be watching for updates. I will say, SnipNotes syncs fantastic to my phone! Thanks for a great app and keep up the good work! I am a big Apple Watch user and this app fill the gap left by Apple’s Notes app which complete ignores the Watch. SnipNotes not only synchronizes with the Watch, but I can add content to a note from the watch; great for when you are on the go. I use this app daily and highly recommend.TxMacUser
