You subscribe and you cannot cancel
I have subscribed to this service about three years ago. It worked for a couple of months and then I could not access the service and unable to cancel it. They keep charging me for the third year now! I am trying to log on to my account, but it says that username is not recognized!
Customer service denies the problem and refers to the terms and conditions that I apparently accepted three years ago!Show lesskkikna

Doesn’t work in China - for me, at least
I got this to watch UK TV in China. It worked for a couple of weeks but then stopped working. Technical support sent me numerous fixes to try but none worked. I’ve wasted hours on this and have got nowhere. I’m pretty tech-savvy, so it’s not me being stupid; Express works fine for me, but this VPN has just been a waste of my money.Show lessMathsbrain

Very unreliable they must improve it
Continuous problems I can login but country icon will not work. I try logging out deleting cookies, rebooting iPad and resetting my router nothing works. They need to improve this app!Surreyg
Watch Out for the Rip Off
I have been a very satisfied customer with ExPat Network for several years but felt really let down when they cancelled my account? Why - because my expiry date on my debit card was updated and my old card was still valid! No notification or renewal email was sent? Then when I updated my card they took all twelve months, charged me £1.80 extra per month for an App which does not always work and has less functionality. I have several friends and relatives who use Expat Network on my recommendation and will be updating them on my experience. This is not good enough for a subscription app.Show lessMelsonian

One of the most unreliable platforms out there. Never works. Always need to contact customer services to try and get it to work. Frustrating and not worth the hassle.Jrfhej
Don’t use.
This working amazing the first 3 days. The picture quality was even better than I expected. However, after the first 3 days, it no longer could connect to the VPN server. I have tried all week at various times and it will not connect to the VPN server. Just save yourself from hoping and bypass this app.Show less[m].and.[y]
