Don’t use
Simply the worst VPN I’ve ever used. It’s never worked since I’ve had it despite contacting their support person. Not happy that I wasted a years subscription on this app and then they charged me for an additional year! Beware and look for an alternative VPN!!Clarky4129

Fed up
I’m on Spain. Desperate to watch the Wimbledon final.
Tried to (& succeeded in buying this app)
Now I seem to have paid another £6.00 to watch it in Spain.
Now it tells me I need to go to the website to update something or other as I can’t get it on my iPhone.
I’m not techy but neither am I am idiot. Forget the s. I want my £ back. I’ll go find a bar ....already over an hour into the game.Show lessJayne C.
Very poor - they auto renew your subscription without notice
After repeatedly taking money from your account for a poor service that you’ve discontinued they state that a renewal is not subject to their cooling off policy and so will not refund your money. Cancelling the subscription is painful. I lost £150 after discontinuing use. Express VPN seems a better service and with none of the above issues.Show lessRichard1212121212
Temperamental
Sometimes this app works perfectly, but there are issues. Half the time, it won’t connect. I follow the support team’s instructions to resolve the issue (I’ve had to contact them on several occasions) and eventually it starts working again. I guess it would be too much to ask for it to connect easily all the time, but the loss in connectivity is a regular occurrence.Show lessPoppyg2

Waste of time & money
Cancelled subscription, rubbish service. Takes ages to connect and when it connects it disconnects. Total rubbish.Rich7377
Why does it come up to connect to Australia everytime now
We are totally fed up with expat which we have been using successfully for at least 3 years until 6-9 months ago. We are no longer able to get any programmes using our PC and now with the iPad, Australia comes up as soon as I try to connect, I change it to UK and then it does not even connect. It is a waste of time and money.Show lesspp-budgeyip
