TRASH app!
This app has little to no features available. You can’t do anything. The app is horrible, enough to consider switching to another credit union. What are we, in the 90’s?!Not once
Not once have I been able to successfully login via this app. It always asks for a pin which there is no option of obtaining one. Called POPA and they reset something. After their reset I get the message USER LOCKOUT.
After several attempts, I give up!!Technical support non-existent
Of all the years I’ve had this app, after upgrading my iPhone and changing the password on my banking account, now the app doesn’t work. I keep getting a generic message the POPA is having technical difficulties however, this isn’t true. Super frustrating when I have to go on the website every time I want to review my account information and the IT staff are not reachable. Annoying!Show lessFingerprint scan doesn’t work anymore
This app was great until about 2 weeks ago when the fingerprint scan option didn’t work. I moved the slider to choose fingerprint and clicked “OK”. Then it asked for fingerprint placement and I did that. All it did after that was switch the slider back off and doesn’t accept it. Tried multiple times within the last 2 weeks. Called POPA and they don’t know anything about the app issue since they’re a brink and mortar.

Popa does not participate in Apple pay. Must use another bank if you want to join everyone else in 2015.Developer Response

The latest update corrupted the app on my iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 9.0.1. Upon launching the app, it displays an: "Error. Please check your internet connection an try your request again." I noticed that the app's Cellular Data settings automatically turns off and will not stay on. Deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Please fix.Show lessFinally
