Great app, but could use a few tweaks
This app is great. I like the different options you can choose to try to maintain resonance breathing. No issues with syncing the iom device to my phone or computer, but it would be really awesome if notifications on whatever device you’re using were silenced while using this app. I get that part of the point is to practice focusing, but when starting out, it’s incredibly distracting.

Just said “loading”
Biofeedback Machine for individuals
Biofeedback has been used professionally for years. Unyte biofeedback apps combined with an ear clip which monitors my body’s response at controlling my heart rate and breathing and learning through games and meditation has reduced my stress and pain levels significantly since starting.
Good app, some improvements could make it better
Love the concept of this device and app. Just a few thoughts:
1. I can’t hear sound in the app. It is up to maximum in settings in both app and phone but not working.
2. I’d prefer to not have to pick an avatar etc. each time. Can these preferences be saved and just changed in settings if required.
3. I’m not sure why each journey is a seperate app. It would be preferable for them to sit together in the one app.

Need sensors
This is a pain, not relaxing! You need these sensors, iom blue I think. They somehow measure your breathing etc to help you relax. The app is fairly useless without it so uninstalling. Ugh.
Good performance
Very useful tool! I first used it without the iom sensor and found it very relaxing. I purchased the iom when my kids wanted to used the app too. I thought they would be more engaged with the monitoring. The kids love it and the whole family is now using this app and the iom sensor. Easy to use. I especially like that we can individualize the settings. Definitely recommend this app and the iom sensors

Nice - but settings need update
I really like this version, especially the OM sound. The main problem is if you go to settings and change something, you can't get out. You have to completely exit to get out. Please fix!
Thank you!
Thank you!
Good visuals but...
I am trying this app without the iom blue. I tried it on my mini iPad and on my iPhone. It's very slow to start on either device. I tried both because of its slow start. I thought the newer iPhone might make it more responsive. It didn't.
If you want the help, which you probably will think you need the first time because it is so slow to start, it takes you out of the game to a website. Then, you have to re-enter the game. When you start, you'll find you can't hear the zen master, so you'll have to turn his voice up to 100% and the music way down. The breathing rhythm he started with was way to quick for my liking. I had to set it to "very difficult" to get a breathing rhythm slow enough that I could match with a deep breath. I turned the breath cycle to highest and chose most difficult. I realize I'm a musician and I have done deep breathing exercises in yoga for years, but where do you go if you start out at the highest settings? On the other hand, once the breathing was matched, it was a nice experience. Might be a lot better with the iom blue. I should say the reason I was so interested in trying this is because I used the wild divine games several years ago and was very impressed with them. I'm glad I tried the free app before spending the money on the full game. I'll wait to hear responses from others before investing in the full game or the iom blue.

Doesn't always work with iOM
The guided meditation in this free app is quite nice. I wouldn't get the iOM Bluetooth HRV monitor device. I wish I could return it as it's $100 not well spent and doesn't enhance my ability to relax. In fact it gets in the way of relaxing. There are obviously some bugs they have to work out with it. The iOM paired easily enough but it goes in and out, interrupting the meditation session. Also, the directions say the Buddha glows purple and yellow, depicting your level of relaxation based on heart rate variability. However mine glows blue and lime green. Not a problem necessarily but the wild divine support said I needed to adjust the color on my phone (not possible), to delete and reload the app (did it, nothing changed), and to read the knowledge pages on the website (did that before contacting support and nothing there to help). I thought it might just be a new feature and the directions had not caught up with the app. Support said no, it was a problem with my phone. While the idea of the biofeedback app is a nice one and I admire all the people who support WD this just isn't yet ready yet for prime time. With this experience, I'm not willing to pay for the $10 program with WD. I'm suspecting the Bluetooth device is the problem.
